How we design, launch, and maintain your small business Website

First we’ll have a consultation about your requirements. We can meet in person in Christchurch New Zealand, or meet online anywhere in the world.

If this package will suit your needs, we’ll proceed with it. If you need a website with more functionality than this basic package, we can send you a quote.

If you are proceeding with this package, our designer will work with you to create a brand-book. This may use some of your businesses existing branding, or you may wish to go with something new.

While the brand book is being completed by our designer, your website is being set up on our hosting. When the brand book is finished, we proceed with creating and designing the web pages, and populating them with content.

Once the website is ready and approved by you, we will set up your domain name and launch the site so it is available to the public, and search engines. You may already have an existing domain name, or we can provide you with a new one if required.

Every month we will log onto your site, perform plugin updates, check your pages are still looking and behaving like they should, and check any functionality such as contact forms. If you want any content changes or additions, you can let us know and we’ll do these at the same time (for up to an hour of our time for free, charges apply for extensive changes). An example of a quick change might be, adding a news post you’ve written, adjusting your displayed opening hours, or adding new photos to a gallery of your work. This is free for the first 6 months, then $100 per month after that including hosting (or $1000 a year if you pay yearly.)

You don’t need to worry about the technicalities of adding pictures, changing opening hours, or modifying any other content. Simply reach out to us via text or email with your requirements, and we’ll add them to the to-do list for your website’s monthly maintenance.

Is this package suitable for medium sized businesses?

In some cases, yes. If your requirements are simple, this package may be perfect for you. If you have additional requirements, it is best to talk with us and we can create a customised quote for you.

Can I add extra pages to this package

Sure, once your website is built, we will make you an admin. You can add extra pages to your hearts content. If you want us to add extra pages for you, we have a flat rate per page, or in some cases can charge by time. For example, if you started making a page, and asked us to finish making it, we would charge by time as some of the work would have already been done.

Can I get this package if I'm in a country other than New Zealand?

Yes, we are remote work experts and can work with you wherever you are in the world.

Can I get this same deal for a webflow design package?

No, we currently prefer to quote webflow sites individually.

If demand for us to desgin webflow sites increases we may add a webflow package in future.

That said, a webflow site with similar functionality, is likely to be a similar price to this. Often we find people want a webflow site instead of wordpress, because they want some additional functionality.

Do you require a deposit?

For new clients requiring a fast turn around, we may request a deposit.

In many cases, we can arrange monthly payments. Talk to us about what you need.
